It's difficult to express how important Silvia became to our family in selling our house. I was relocated due to a new job with little notice and no experience with selling a house. These were some of the most stressful events in our lives and we were way behind in getting our house into a proper condition to sell. I also had to relocate by myself prior to the rest of my family moving. Luckily I had received a referral for Silvia while interviewing other agents. I am not over exaggerating when I say that she transformed not only a house, but a very stressful time for our family. I don't know what we would have done without her. Silvia went above and beyond for my family. We moved to Nebraska from out of state, and received Silvia's name from a friend who previously used her services. Silvia managed to help us find a home during a 3 day trip after we narrowed down our list of prospective homes to 14. She set up an itinerary that allowed us to see all 14 in 2 days before making the selection on day 3. Silvia walked us through the whole negotiating process with aplomb, so we paid under our maximum budget and well below asking price. Later, Silvia managed to set up a remote signing and payment agent so that we could legally receive the house before our move. Since we were still out of state, Silvia physically received the house for us and looked after it for about a month before we arrived. She was never more than a phone call or text away whenever we wanted to talk during all of this time. I can't express how much her service provided a source of relief as our family was in the middle of a stressful time. We plan to work with Silvia again whether we're buying or selling in the future.

We made some renovations to the house prior to selling and she provided suggestions for contractors and checked in throughout to process making sure everything ran smoothly. She made the sales process easy and streamlined, taking care of all the little details from inspections to photos. She really made the process so easy. Silvia was a joy to work with. My husband and I know her from our military careers and reached out when a specific house we had been watching returned to the market. The sellers were way overpriced and it didn'™t work out with that house. We hadn'™t been looking to sell immediately but Silvia sent us listings for houses that matched our wishlist. We lost out on two more listings before Silvia called us about seeing a house the night before we listed. It was exactly what we had asked for. We called her back in our ride home. Silvia was so patient and we learned a lot from her. The next task was to sell our current home. We still had some projects that needed to be done since it wasn'™t move in ready yet. We had to replace half the driveway still. She worked with us and got us on above asking price offer. When we didn'™t go to closing because the buyers backed out. She got it quickly back on the market and we quickly accepted another over asking price offer and closed successfully. She worked hard for us both as buyers and sellers.

I wish I could give more stars. Silvia took to the task of finding us a house like no other realtor I have ever seen. There was never time to early or too late for us to ask questions and she was did everything to make us feel comfortable about our real estate. Silvia didn't want to sell us just any old house, she wanted to sell us a home that we could fall love with for years to come. All the typical task of Realtor were excellent but the personal service was what set her apart from other realtors we had dealt with in the past.
